1. What service am i paying for?
   You are paying for a x22cheats Membership subscription.
2. What payment method do you accept?
   We accept several payments methods: Hipay, Paysafecard, Payssion and Crypto Currencies.
   We also offer Paypal, Alipay or more via our official resellers.
3. What is a Membership?
   A Membership gives you features and exclusive content not available to free members of the site. The main benefit is to access all cheats made by x22cheats. More information about the Membership features on our Membership page.
4. What is the difference between a Regular Membership and Premium Membership?
   The main difference is that Premium Memberships are limited to monthly subscriptions only.
   Some of them may also be slot limited.
5. How long do I have to wait to get the Membership status?
   You get the Membership status immediately after the payment has been processed.
6. Do i have to download the cheats?
   No. You have to download our client software on our xClient Download page and it will manage the cheats for you.
7. How long do I have to wait to login to the client software?
   You can login and use your cheats within 5 minutes after the payment has been processed.
8. Can I use the client software on several computers?
   No, the client software is locked on one computer after the first connection. If you want to move the client software to a new computer, then you will need to request a Hardware Id Reset. Resets cost 7.00 EUR.
   If you own a PLATINUM or a DIAMOND Membership, then one Reset will be offered. If you own a DIAMOND+ Membership, then Reset will be free.
9. Am I allowed to sell my account?
   No. We investigate this type of behavior and ban your account without any notice.
